Using ImThere From Your Mobile Phone

Create an Event – New – Watch Video

1. Message or email e@m.imthere.com
2. Attach any number of videos and pictures
3. Write the event title on the first line of the message body
4. Optionally, write the event description on the second line of the message body
5. Send it!

• Note: The message subject is not used

Find Current Nearby Events

1. Message or email NOW to info@m.imthere.com
2. Reply with the event number you are interested in
3. Reply with NEXT or BACK to browse the listing

• Note: By default, events are shown near the location specified in your settings
• Tip: For events in a different location, send NOW St. Louis, MO or NOW 63104 instead

Get Event Reminders

1. Click ImThere on an event
2. A reminder will be sent 24 hours before the event begins

• Note: Ensure your mobile phone is linked and your notification preferences are correct in your settings
• Tip: Based on your settings, event reminders can be sent to your mobile phone, email, or both

Share Event Experiences

1. Reply to the event reminder
2. Attach any number of videos and pictures or write a comment on the first line of the message body
3. Send it!

• Note: The message subject is not used
• Tip: You can send a comment without videos or pictures
• Advanced Tip: You can manually message or email a specific event at e###@m.imthere.com
  ### is replaced with the ID number found in the URL while viewing an event (e.x. e123@m.imthere.com)

Interact with Friends

1. Message or email USERNAME@m.imthere.com to send a site message
   or USERNAME+c@m.imthere.com to post a comment on their profile
2. Write the site message or comment on the first line of the message body
3. Send it!

• Note: USERNAME is replaced by the username you wish to interact with (e.x. gorman+c@m.imthere.com)
• Note: The message subject is not used

Update Your Profile

1. Message or email info@m.imthere.com
2. Attach any number of videos and pictures
3. Optionally, write a comment on the first line of the message body
4. Send it!

• Note: The message subject is not used
• Tip: You can send a comment without videos or pictures

Update Your Status

1. Message or email STATUS [message] to info@m.imthere.com

• Note: [message] is replaced with what you want to share you are doing
  (e.x. STATUS at an amazing concert)

Get Help

1. Message or email HELP to info@m.imthere.com

• Tip: You can reply to any message with HELP for information relating to that functionality
